Who We Are

Baton Rouge Sickle Cell is a 41 year old non- profit providing support services and advocacy to individuals living with sickle cell disease.

What We Do

We provide financial support services to medically needy individuals diagnosed with sickle cell disease; to promote local and national research in support of a cure; and provide treatment support to enhance the life for those suffering from this incurable disease.


Serving 11 parishes in the state of Louisiana. Ascension, Assumption, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, East and West Baton Rouge, East and West Feliciana, Livingston, St. Helena, and Tangipahoa.
